Mandarin Oriental Putong is a great hotel value for money. Their service is attentive, quick check in, concierge was helpful. The twin room is quite spacious, it would be great if they offer twin double bed. Breakfast has quite good variations. The hotel is relatively small compared to other five star hotels, the lobby was small, not as grand as l would expect, there are not many rooms on one floor too. It has great river view and is right next to 東方明珠.
